Maturation: Small lot (0.5 – 1tonne) open fermentation with daily plunging or rack & return. Maturation was 30 months in 70% French oak barrels (70% new).
Analysis: Alcohol 14.5% : Acid 6.8 : pH 3.47 : Residual Sugar 0.9948
Vintage Comments: A superb vintage of generally mild temperatures after a hot November. Generally fine through harvest with some showers in mid March. Rich wines were made from Shiraz and the Old Vines performed reliably, showing real class in the wines made.
