With all these varietal wines showing unique characters, I just had to have a go at making a really vinous wine of similar weight but deeper complexity. It is the creative motivation for the famous “Minestrone Soup” we all know.
This flavoursome new Barossa blend drinks very well. Intriguing wine aromas lead on to a wonderful array of flavours of wild berry, savoury spice and dried herbs and new leather. Buon Appetito!
